Step by Step

From setup to your first automated post.

Install the free JacAI AutoPoster plugin

From your WordPress admin, go to Plugins → Add New, search for JacAI AutoPoster, and install + activate it. This is what receives content from your JacAI SMM account and publishes it as a post.

Connect your WordPress site to JacAI SMM

In your JacAI SMM dashboard, add your site's URL and the connection key generated by the AutoPoster plugin. Once connected, your site shows up as a publish destination.

Test the connection with a draft post before your first live publish — it confirms the link is working end to end.

Set your brand voice and content topics

Tell JacAI SMM what to write about and how it should sound — audience, tone, and a handful of go-to topics. This shapes every piece of content it generates from here on.

Generate your first piece of content

Request a post. JacAI SMM generates text and, if selected, matching image or video content. Review it in the preview pane before publishing.

Publish to WordPress

Hit publish and the AutoPoster plugin pushes it live to your connected WordPress site — no manual copy-paste, formatting, or re-uploading media.

Connect Zapier (optional but powerful)

In Zapier, create a new Zap with "Webhook" as the trigger and copy the webhook URL. Paste that URL into JacAI SMM's Zapier integration settings.

This is the same pattern used to run a real 25-step Zap in production — the webhook is the one connection point, everything downstream is standard Zapier logic.

Use "Send to Zapier" on any piece of content

Once connected, every generated post shows a "Send to Zapier" button. Clicking it fires your webhook with that post's content, letting your Zap take it anywhere — other social platforms, a spreadsheet, a CRM, Slack, or email.

Queue and schedule

Use the content queue to line up posts ahead of time and schedule when they publish, instead of generating and publishing one at a time.
